Getting Ready

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Cyvera Digitals collects when you visit our website or work with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it to what we need, and we never sell it.

1. Who We Are

Cyvera Digitals is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. We are based in the Philippines and handle personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we also respect your rights under the GDPR. You can reach us at info@cyveradigitals.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what you give us, plus what our website records with your consent:

  • Contact form: your full name, email address, the type of project and your project details, plus your business name if you give it.
  • Discovery-call booking: your name, email address, the time you choose and your time zone, plus your company and any notes you add.
  • Email sign-up: your email address, if you enter it in a sign-up field.
  • Messages you send us directly, by email, WhatsApp or Viber.
  • With your consent only: how you use the website, collected by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel — for example the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location and the site that referred you. See Cookies and Tracking below.
  • Technical logs: our hosting provider records basic request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the website running and secure.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote — steps you ask us to take before any contract.
  • Schedule and hold your discovery call, and send you and us the confirmation emails.
  • Deliver and manage projects, and send project updates and invoices.
  • Understand how the website is used and measure our advertising — only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies.
  • Keep the website secure, prevent spam and misuse, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not send you marketing emails unless you have asked for them, and we never sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We set one cookie ourselves, to remember your choice in our cookie banner. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load, and set their cookies, only after you select Accept. If you select Reject, neither is loaded.

CookieSet byPurposeDuration
cyvera_consent_v1Cyvera DigitalsRemembers whether you accepted or rejected tracking. Strictly necessary.6 months

Google and Meta process this data under their own policies: Google’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Privacy Policy. You can change your choice at any time. Rejecting stops both tools and deletes their cookies from this site.

5. Who We Share It With

We share personal information only with the service providers that run our website and services, and only as far as they need it:

  • Vercel, which hosts our website.
  • Resend, which delivers the emails our contact and booking forms send.
  • Google, whose Calendar and Meet host your discovery call, and whose Analytics measures website use if you accept cookies.
  • Meta Platforms, whose Pixel measures our Facebook and Instagram ads if you accept cookies.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or others.

6. International Transfers

These providers may store and process data outside the Philippines, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to keep it protected.

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements, or to resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it. Cookies last for the durations shown in the table above.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed about how your personal information is used; to access it; to object to its processing; to have it corrected, erased or blocked; to data portability; and to claim damages. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you similar rights, including the right to restrict processing.

You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time from Cookie settings. To exercise any other right, email us at info@cyveradigitals.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission or to your local data protection authority.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, Viber and our social media profiles. This policy does not cover them, so please read their privacy policies.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with its “Last updated” date. We will make significant changes clear where appropriate.
